General Guidelines For Updating Website Content:
The source or origination point of web site content, accessible on the PMA web site, will determine how the information will be validated for display. The various web site sections and level of validation are outlined below. The purpose of this level of control will help ensure the accuracy of the data being shared. It will also provide a centralized point of information that has been shared in open, accessible forums endorsed by your elected board of directors.
RULE #1
Content originates from PMA board meetings and is published on the website.
- Newsletters (E.G Bermuda Shorts)
- Board of Director Reports
- Committee Board of Director Reports
- Committee Charters
- Contracts
- Year End Financial Audit Reports
- Governing Documents
RULE #2
Content can be submitted from a PMA director, a PMA committee chair, or AMI. The content must be available for all directors and AMI to review. Three PMA directors must approve the content before it is published on the website. This process can happen during a BoD meeting or between BoD meetings via email.
